We work with many factories and vendors to source good quality and low cost products for you.
Delivery Locations
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Australia. Any shipments outside of these areas are not available at this time.
Delivery Time
If the items are in our warehouses in Australia, the delivery time is estimated to be 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. If the items are in our warehouses outside Australia, the delivery time is estimated to be about 6 weeks.
We will send you tracking information by email so you can track the delivery using the courier’s website.
Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery Mode
Depending on your items, we may deliver them using different options. For small items, we send them via Sendle or the national postal service. For medium sized items, we will Uber/Didi/Taxi them to you. For large items, we will use a third-party courier who specialize in the job. Note that they do not move things inside your place nor do they move things upstairs. They can only drop off the items at your door steps or a place reasonably close if the door is not possible or safe.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
We offer a number of ways for pick up and delivery.
If you pick up the item from our warehouses, it is free. Please call us to arrange an appointment for the pick up. Appointment before your arrival is necessary. It helps us to make sure we have the item in stock.
For small items, we send them over Sendle. If your delivery is eligible, the Sendle cost is displayed in the shopping cart or during check out. The delivery fee is automatically computed based on your delivery address.
For large items, we charge a flat rate based on the item and your post code. The delivery fee is automatically computed based on your delivery address.
As we may provide multiple ways to deliver or pick up your product, you are advised to select the cheapest option.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the contents on delivery, contact us immediately at sales@jojo.space/au. We will try our best to replace the damaged parts, the whole items or refund you.
